We thoroughly enjoyed it, especially its service and amenities. It was ideally located. Besides, the area was lovely, next to a contemporary museum. A great selection of food at breakfast, including bacon and croissants.
Nothing, all was good.
-
Worth the price and well-located, walking distance to city centre and tram lines and near many restaurants
-
My room was very tidy and spacious and also From walking distance to Van Gogh museum and Rijksmuseum
-
The staff were best and the rooms were very clean. Unbeatable location, 15 minutes drive from the airport.

Located next to a beautiful park where you can experience the culture of Amsterdam, area is super quiet and close to places of interest, you can walk in 20-25 minutes to the cultural center, foodhallen and redligth district, near museums and canals. facilities are old (a typical building of the city), very well maintained and furniture is very good. hotel has a bicycle rental service, is very convenient for those who want to tour the city in this way, is very good for those who dominate it (not recommended for people with little practice, because local people are used to this means of transport and dominate it very well, so they go very fast, for the locals the bike is not a tourist attraction is a means of transport). best of all was the attention of the staff in the hotel, attentive to all our needs, they gave us recommendations, they welcome you with a hot drink and a traditional cookie, in the room you have wine, coffee and fruits as a courtesy and in the lobby they have coffee, cappuccino and other drinks for free.
Although I stress the attention of the staff, only one of the three people we interacted with (Magnolia) seemed a little rude to us. Perhaps a little busy handing over our bikes and attending to the other guests. Or maybe her way of being, very European, direct and a little cold, which for us Latinos is a little difficult.

Free water, beer, coffee.
No air conditioning, a small room.

The hotel is wonderfully located just next to Vondelpark and is within easy reach of many sites in Amsterdam. The room I had was equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, which is a very nice change from most 'budget' hotels I have stayed in.
Breakfast is not served until 8am which is rather late when not on holiday.

The girls who worked the desk in the afternoons were great. I don't know either name, but one checked us in on Friday evening and the other was there Saturday evening. Both were extremely friendly and helpful when we had questions. They even offered some great advice that we didn't know we needed. :~) Our room was fairly quiet although we could hear the people above us clomping around in the morning. Also it was great that we could buy tickets for many museums at the front desk and skip the lines at the museums.
The room was a bit dirty. The first night we had no hand towels or soap. The tables in the breakfast room are a bit crowded together which made it challenging.

Fantastic little hotel. Our room was really nice and the beds were the comfiest I have ever slept in! Only a 10 minute walk into Amsterdam centre and tram stops pretty much right outside hotel.
The only problem we had was with the noise - you can hear other people in their rooms and the cleaners are very noisy when cleaning the rooms.
-
I loved the location of the hotel - right off the park and very near to museums. The staff was incredibly helpful with travel recommendations and room accomodations.
The room was more dated that I expected, but perfectly suitable.

Everything was normal. Friendly staff. Clean. perfect kingsize bed ))). Our room was well equipped. 8 min walk from the Leidsepein. Large park was behind the hotel.
Little bit expencive. Also some noise from the neibours

Excellent location, near the leidseplein 10 minute walk, small but cozy rooms, flatscreen TV. I stayed in room 336 on the top floor for three days and liked it. Nice receptionist, booked us a taxi to schiphol for 35 euro's, we had to buy a voucher at the desk. Good housekeeping.
On the 2nd day the room wasn't cleaned, we did went out late out of the room, but even still a bit dissapointing. The heater was making noise of water moving the first two nights. Quiet location but the hotel is very noisy, you can hear people talk through the walls. I would however recommend it because of the location and price!

the room, the location, the friendly staff...
breakfast is a bit too expensive !! cheaper and bigger breakfasts in town!

Location
Room were not cleaned, only beds. Coffee tea etc not filled up. Weared and old towels. If the room was serviced, they servcied it only at 4 o' clock. reservation was mixed up. we asked for room on the same floor, did not happen. The wallpaper in the room are coming off the wall. The hotel is renovating.
